Lincoln Electric® Innershield® NS-3M Self Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire with 3/32" Dia is made for very high deposition rates and increased resistance to hydrogen cracking/porosity. Wire rendering soft, low penetrating arc for minimal base material admixture comes in 50 lb coil. It can be used in applications like open groove welds, machinery bases, heavy equipment repair, installation of wear plates, 6.4 - 12.7 mm single pass fillet and lap welds. Wire offers flat and horizontal welding positions for automatic and semiautomatic welding on mild steel and some low alloy steels. Wire can also be used for general/structural fabrication, corner welds and single pass butt welds. It meets AWS A5.20/A5.20M: 2005 E70T-4, ASME SFA-A5.20: E70T-4, CWB/CSA W48-06: E492T-4 H16 standards.
