Stoody® 2110 1/4" Dia x 18" Hard Facing Electrode comes in a 10 lb vac pak and is suitable for build-up of austenitic manganese parts subject to high impact loading. Electrode is ideal for shovel pads, crusher rolls, hammers, shovel teeth, grate bars, carbon steel frogs, switch points and manganese rail. Electrode is modified high chromium and high manganese steel that combines ruggedness and wear resistance. Electrode can be used on carbon steel or manganese steel base metal and there is no limitation on deposit thickness. Electrode offers excellent weldability with low spatter and works on AC or DC.
