AXXX10, when used with L-61 electrode, produces a Ni1 deposit for welding ASTM A533-Class 1 and A588(weathering) steel. The combination conforms to F7A4-EM12K-Ni1 when welded and tested in accordancewith AWS A5.23-90.
Features
The required alloy is easily blended into the flux during manufacturing, permitting use of an inexpensive mild steel wire
Over 50 years experience in flux designing and manufacturing
Agglomerated for consistent flux particle composition and consistent weld deposit chemistry
Applications
Low alloy weld deposits
Caution
Since the alloy level in the deposit depends upon the arc voltage, and thus the arc length, always use the arc voltage recommended by Lincoln Electric to maintain the intended alloy content in the weld.
