3M™ 415 Series Clear 4 mil Double Coated Splicing Tape measuring 3/4" X 36 yd features acrylic adhesive to provide long time holding power and better adhesion strength. Tape with polyester backing is designed for high performance splicing on most grade of papers and finds application in commercial/general industrial printing. Adhesion strength of 25 oz/in is provided for better performance. It withstands temperature within a range from -40 to 180 deg F and offers resistant to temperature and humidity. Tape has 4 mil liner in tan color and is made of densified kraft paper to protect the adhesive until the liner is peeled-off. It is resistant to UV radiation and can be used on high surface energy, low surface energy substrates and metals.
