  • Norton® Bear-Tex® Vortex Rapid Prep TR Type III 2" Dia Coarse Grade 50 Grit Aluminum Oxide Surface Sanding Disc has friable grain structure that minimizes scrap as well as rework. Brown non-woven locking sanding disc with 30000 RPM is designed for minimize process time by 50 % by combining multiple grit sequences to 1 step in a blending operation. It provides most consistent cutting and finishing of surface conditioning products on the market. Disc with paper backing combines fast cutting speed with the finish of finer grits and is more resistant to edge wear. Disc has new resin system and aerospace tailored for smear free, even on high nickel content alloys. Extended form holding disc will not load on aluminum and soft metals. It offers lowest total cost of consumable tooling per work piece.
