  • Norton® Bear-Tex® 1000 Series 14" Dia X 2" Medium Grit Silicon Carbide Non-Woven Convolute Wheel with 8" arbor is designed by wrapping and bonding web material impregnated with abrasive grain and resin around a center core. 8 Density wheel with 2550 RPM is suitable for debarring, blending and finishing applications. Non-metallic wheel is also typically used for burr or flashing removal, blending weld areas on stainless steel or scratch patterns, surface roughness reduction, weld polishing, removing rust or oxides and for applying decorative finishes including antique patterns. Waterproof surface finish wheel with smear and heat resistant formula delivers uniform high quality results and is designed to use dry, wet or with oil. Durable wheel with optimum grain-resin formula features an improved cut rate with shed resistance and has less operator fatigue for more flexibility.
