  • Norton® Rapid Prep™ 8" Dia Medium Grade 80 Grit Aluminum Oxide Hook/Loop Disc is made from non woven abrasive and has paper backing. Red smear-free disc comes with thick layer of grain throughout disc to maximize life and gives consistent finish when sits flatter on back-up pads. It has a speed of 7000 RPM. Edge wear resistant disc minimizes process time by 50% by removing 2 - 5 grit sequence in technical blending operations. Minimum scrap and rework disc comes with friable grain structure that keeps Ra specs during disc life. Disc has 21" OD and is ideal for light deburring and blending operations.
