  • Norton® Bear-Tex® Rapid Strip™ 4" Dia X 1/2" Extra Coarse Silicon Carbide Non-Woven Surface Stripping Disc is a unique combination of aggressive performance, long life and improved finish. Disc with 8000 RPM is suitable for removing coatings on a variety of substrates like wood, metal and plastics. Disc with Speed-Lok® TR type III mounting system includes a plastic roll-on/roll-off style fastener and is equivalent to 3M™ Roloc™ fastening system. Disc including extruded nylon fibers with flexible resin technology outperforms traditional coated abrasive products leaving a thoroughly cleaned surface ensuring excellent adhesion in subsequent processes like coating, painting and soldering.
