Weiler® Trimmable Tiger® Type 29 120Z Grit Zirconium Coated Angled Flap Disc measuring 4 1/2" Dia X 7/8" is designed for use in grinding and finishing in one step, weld blending, deburring, deflashing, edge chamfering and stock removal. Flap disc with a speed of 13000 RPM has trimmable backing for maximum flexibility, enabling the operator to access hard-to-reach areas such as right angles, irregular shapes and grind on-edge without changing tools, increasing productivity. The non-marking backing will not damage the work piece, resulting in less re-work and scrap. Trimmable tiger disc sharply removes stock while providing superior finish consistency all in one step. The unique composite backing can be trimmed, displaying more abrasive material and extending disc life, resulting in lower grinding and finishing costs. Flap disc is sold as 10 per pack.
